The world has changed for sure, we have all learned lessons and become more resilient, wise and adapted our approach to survive the last 12 months. Business owners will be familiar with this concept as we embrace change to grow our businesses. Change management has been around for a long time but it is implemented with varying levels of resistance and speed. The Covid pandemic forced many businesses to change extremely quickly, look at the supply chain and downscale in many cases to ensure survival. We wouldn't want to go through that again every year but in fact it may have given some valuable lessons and perhaps for some showed that change can be good and that it can help a business. Now is the time to take that to the next stage as we build a global vaccination program. Are you set up to take advantage of the market? can you out smart your competitors? are they thinking and planning the same things right now? YES! is the answer and many companies are indeed planning, investing and getting ready to exit the lockdown with a new plan. Strategy is important, think of it as an opportunity to re-evaluate what makes your business strong and attractive to customers. Come out from behind the mask with confidence but do it soon to grab the new opportunities that are starting to appear even now.
